Refund policy

At KreditVerse, we stand behind the quality of our immersive learning technology and education platform. If you experience any issues with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the problem quickly.

Because KreditVerse products include both physical hardware and digital educational software, our return policy includes specific guidelines.

Return Eligibility (Hardware)

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused
  • The headset and accessories are in original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging

Returned items must include all components such as:

  • VR headset
  • Controllers
  • Charging cables
  • Accessories
  • Carrying case
  • Documentation

Returns that are damaged, incomplete, or heavily used may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital curriculum access
  • AI Tutor access
  • Activated software licenses
  • Downloadable content
  • Training certifications or facilitator courses

Once digital access has been activated, it is considered consumed digital content.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your headset arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will coordinate a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
